Logan February
Logan February, born in 1999 in Nigeria, is the author of Nude Imperative (Spector Books, 2025), In the Nude (Ouida Poetry, 2019) and three chapbooks of poetry. Their multidisciplinary work approaches Afro-queer diasporic autoethnography, psycho-spiritual erotics and Yorùbá mythology, and has been translated into many languages. After studying psychology at the University of Ibadan (Nigeria) and poetry at Purdue University (USA), February currently lives in Berlin as a Literature Fellow of the DAAD Berliner-Künstlerprogramm. Mental Voodoo (Engeler Verlage/Poesie Dekolonie, 2024), is the first selection of their poems translated into German by Christian Filips.
